Dualism served as my first true studio project. This narrow infill is located in the Fulton Market neighborhood of Chicago. In studio, we were tasked with creating a retail space on the first two floors and an independent office space on the third and fourth floors. The challenge of this project was creating a private entrance for the upper office levels that could function completely separate from the lower retail space.

This was an individual project and my first use of Rhino for modeling, Grasshopper for daylight analysis, and Lumion for rendering.
