Project Description

This project is an expansion of an IBEW facility River City completed in 2019. The client has already outgrown their space and asked us to add on a classroom, lab, and office wing.

I was given a rough initial floorplan, which changed over many iterations with client feedback. I was responsible for all modeling, documentation, and visualizations. My supervisor gave notes along the way, but all research and drawings were completed by me.
