This project is an expansion of an IBEW facility River City Design Group completed in 2019. The client had already outgrown their new space and asked us to design an addition consisting of a classroom, lab, and office wing. This project was a great opportunity to dive into the life safety and plumbing codes, as well as practice preliminary estimation of foundation and structure.

I was given a rough initial floor plan, which changed over many iterations with client feedback. I was responsible for all modeling, documentation, visualizations, and research, with guidance from my supervisor.
