Project Description

JCMG reaches out to us with a hand sketched plan and a few rough measurements. Their goal primarily was to consolidate their existing functions into a new space. This renovation was especially difficult because we had no formal plans to work from. The rough measurements and a few photos were all I had to build the Revit model from.

The rough floor plan sketch was provided by the client, but after we completed the model and started placing the programming in, we realized we would need to go in a new direction. I was responsible for this final scheme as well as all modeling and documentation with oversight of my supervisor.
